From the invisible to the visible world and back...

Hello my friends, today i will talk about the micro o nano world, is a very difficult topic  for me, because i don't have many knowledge  about this topic.I try of  explain the technique "UPLC"( ultra high performance liquid chromatography), well  "ULPC"  is a technique that comes of "HPLC"(high performance liquid chromatography) , both are chromatography techniques, the chromatography is a technique of compound separating and this is carried about  product of the interaction  of the different molecules with the two phases  that make up   the chromatography column (stationary phase and mobile phase), this technique have many variants depending on the type of stationary phase of molecule to study, but in all cases the process is simple  we have a column and by it moves a liquid  to carry or sample, which separated from the burials.

the different between "HPLC" and "UPLC", is the size of the particles that compose the stationary phase, going from 9-7 µm ( in "HPLC") to 1,5-0,8 µm ( in "ULPC"), this littles different in the size of the particles produce a big change in process efficiency  and in the time of the  chromatography, and this changes are good for the investigation work.in my career the "ULPC" ( and the "HPLC") are very used in process of  search of compounds in low concentrations, for example toxic compounds, also we can used it to know the concentration of this compound, ( for example a drug). 

this new system of  chromatography have many potential for the future, being able to improve the processes, for example time  work or efficiency of the processes

well, today i talk about this topic because i understand  a bit, because saw it in classes of the analytic chemistry in my university and wanted to talk about something i knew.

Pets my best friends....

Hello, my friends today i will talk about my pets...
Since when i was a child, i had a especial love for the animals, i think the animals are very interesting, and this curiosity and love  for them came from small, i remember when i was a child y wanted work  as " veterinarian" ( but after, i discovered , that this work it not for me).

to long of my life i had many pets, i remember with especial love to one dog, his name was "ozzy" ( he arrived whit his name), this dog was a "good friend", his race was  "German pastor" , ozzy was  playful, big and very affectionate, in especial was playful, ozzy  loved run and play with his ball.

this dog was always  when any people was sad or depress, ozzy was a good companion, could be whole days sitting next to you accompanying you.

ozzy arrived  when  he was  just a puppy and was good time with us, lived a good life, however he is no longer with us, his dead  was very sad and tragic, ozzy was crash over, this days  was very sad  even remember how we all cried  for the dog.

My best holidays...

hello  my friends, today i will talk about my best holidays...
 I think  that choose my best holidays, is very hard, but also i think that this were i when went to south of Chile, i remember this holidays, because were my first holidays that i traveled alone ( understand for alone  without my parents), for me were very exciting  think that i can traveled without me parents, these holidays were the summer of the year 2017 ( when i had only 17 years).

My holidays lasted around  of one week and i traveled for many places, i knew  a big zone of the Chile south, and "i love it", the south of Chile have the most beautiful places of the world, my favorites places that i knew were "Chiloe" ( the forests),  " Carretera Austral"  and especially " Puerto varas"  ( one of my dreams is live in this places).
In this holidays, i was many different think, for example i ate new plates ( "Curanto", "Cancato",etc) , visited places ( waterfall, volcanoes,etc) and lived new experience ( "Mingas", Festivals, etc). Other  think that i must say is whit whom i travelled, well this holidays trip 2 friends and me.

I HAD MANY GOOD MEMORIES OF THIS TRIP....

YOU THINK, IS IT EXCITING TO  LIVE  THOSE ADVENTURES? ...

A country I would like to visit

Hi my friends , today i will talk about somewhere that i would like to go, if i had that choose on place visit, i think that i would like to go to Europa, specifically France, Spain and Italy. For me this area is a zone rich in old  culture ( Greece , Rome,etc), besides having zone interesting tourist attractions such as the pizza tower, the Pride o the Coliseum.

My knowledge about this zone are quite scarce, but if i had to say  something about then, i believe that i would say that in this places had many old civilisations for the example the Greece civilisation, ( i relate Greece whit "los caballeros del zodiaco" XD) or Spain about this country i say that have a high population and is very hot in summer. but has good festivals.

the place that  i should visit are Spain when it is the pride, Italy  the Pizza tower, in France the Eiffel tower, but the most important  is to enjoy the trip, no?

finally, i would not like to live there sincerely, i would like to go on vacation for a long time , but not live in this country, go for example 1 month or 3 weeks. This places have many thing to do and see, but i would like to go in festival time and i do everything a can.

My blogging experience...

Today is the last block that I will write in my English class, I must confess that I never liked the idea of writing blocks, because I am not very good at that of writing or expression of what I think, eventually I was taking him like to be able to say what I thought , till the time came where I waited on Fridays just to be able to write my block, I also have to confess that not all the topics I wrote I liked, but if there was much that they did.

Qualifying this experience makes me easier than I thought, although my skills in English are very vague, I feel that writing blocks allowed me to develop a little more in this area, it was a great experience to be able to improve and ignite more about the English. But as all things this can improve and this does not mean that the experience is bad, but it would be good to vary a little more topics leave where we are comfortable, would be the only thing I could say about this amazing experience.

Finally I would like to say, on the topics that I like and could not write in this block, among them is: The most rare thing I have eaten, what I did and I do not remember, magical places, etc

Kleptomania

the  humans are really  amazing , we can to be many things, Extremely complex and all this without realizing what we do. but as any machine sometimes we have faults or mistakes.

today, i will talk about kleptomania , this is a mental diseases related whit the control of impulses about steal things that no are need. This disorde is very strange in the poblation and is more common in women.

such as alcoholism and drug addiction, this disease has relation whit the search of pleasure,  the sensation that feel the person with the action steal is produced by the system reward cerebral, it that have relation with la liberation of neurotransmitters and hormones   " dopamine and oxytocin "

the causes of this disease the causes are not clear, and regularly they are  problemes of self-esteem, disorders of system opioide in the brain and the genetic play a important  paper in this pathology.

the treatments for this pathology inclued used of medicaments and therapys behaviorals, together for control the impulse, but this disease not have a cure.

In the day to day, this disease is a big problem in all the areas, because the not being able to control the impulse of stealing hurts the person of many for more, especially in the family life, work and social.

The most enjoyable subject...

Choose a subject is very easy for me, because  my favourite subject is "Chemestry", love all types of chemestry, organic, analitic, farmaco chemestry etc. but especially Analitic chemestry , is very funny and interesting.

i have analitic class the mondays and the fridays, in the analitic classes are many students, we are approximately 120 students and only one teacher, in a big classroom, this class  is theoretical, but is necesary for a laboratory (or practice class), in this class learn about chemical compound ans his properties, for example acid-basic , solubility or electric potencial. This content is very comfortable of studied for me, because i use many calculations and i love de numbers and all that.

The analitic chemestry is very needed in diverses area, for example in my career, we use this area for analysis of bio-stability, dopping or pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics. in other areas used  for example from analisis of composition of foods or detect heavy metals in water.

in summary know about chemestry is very importan because the chemestry this in everywhere, also is It is very useful and interesting, do you like learn chemestry?
